Here we have the national aerobatic champion, Leo Loudenslager, who has the longest winning streak in the U.S., as well as many international titles. He went on to win throughout the 1980's and into the 1990's flying on wings constructed by Richard.
A 1934 Cessna Airmaster (one of historic significance due to it's association with George Hart of Denton's Hartlee Field) nears completion in Richard's shop.
It takes a lot of woodwork, welding, rigging, covering, stiching and painting after decades of decay in an old barn. Like this old hulk of an airplane...
